The Villa San Jose complex offers fifty-eight 1 bedroom apartments and two 2 bedroom apartments. All units are unfurnished and ADA accessible units are available. All apartments have gas ranges, refrigerators and air conditioning. The grounds are nicely landscaped with trees, shrubs and grass. A full-time maintenance staff takes care of the apartments and grounds, maintaining a high standard of excellence. There are laundry facilities, a soda machine and a community center on the premises.
Carlsbad is situated in Eddy County, which has a total population of 51,688 people. Located on the beautiful Pecos River, Carlsbad offers hiking, golfing, river recreation and lots of sunshine. Carlsbad Caverns National Park and the Guadalupe Mountains National Park are nearby. Low crime and a friendly, small-town atmosphere also make Carlsbad a great place to live.
Villa San Jose is located in the downtown Carlsbad area where you can find churches, banks, beauty shops, barbers, restaurants, a Drive-In movie theatre, post office, drug store, shops, and lawyers all a mile away or less. It is also close to the beautiful Carlsbad Caverns National Park as well as being close to the Carlsbad Riverwalk Recreation Center.
Applications must be completely filled out, signed and submitted with copies of all household members’ Birth Certificates, Social Security cards, marriage license or divorce papers and proof of any and all income. Social Security recipients must provide copy of award letter. Any preferences claimed on the application must also have copies of documents verifying the same. Submitting a completed application with all supplemental information places you on the waiting list.
