Maintenance Department
Our Maintenance Worker No. 1 has been working in the Truth or Consequences Maintenance Department since August 1983. He is responsible for day-to-day maintenance and repair work orders of 100 public housing and 52 Rural Development 515 units and grounds, along with unit turn around, heating and cooling, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, landscaping and janitorial.
