Maintenance Foreman
William Jacka is the Maintenance Foreman and a 21 year veteran of the construction industry. He holds a GB 98 contractor’s license in the state of New Mexico, license number 61574. His experience ranges from new commercial and residential construction to renovations and finish work. Mr. Jacka is knowledgeable and capable in all aspects of the building process from the bottom to the top including concrete, roofing, framing, insulation, plumbing, masonry, siding, drywall, painting, and finish carpentry. In addition to new construction, he is skilled in home additions, landscaping, remodeling, demolition, and excavation. Due to his experience in commercial construction, Mr. Jacka is familiar with the subcontracting process. Prior to his work at the Housing Authority, Mr. Jacka ran a successful construction business for many years from Truth or Consequences, NM.
